Warehouse Associate & Parts Coordinator Position Available!
Brown’s Heavy Equipment is a family-owned business dedicated to providing service and support for heavy equipment (construction, earthmoving, mining) since 1980. In the last decade, we’ve expanded our business by selling and renting equipment.Currently we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This successful candidate will focus on receiving and inspecting parts, managing inventory, shipping, and ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection: Check in parts from multiple vendors, inspect for shipping damage, and report any discrepancies.
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks. Accurately stock and record parts in our inventory system.
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack parts for customer orders with precision and efficiency.
Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, and truck freight carriers, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
Ebay Listings: Occasionally assist in listing products for sale on eBay.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping or inventory management preferred.
Experience with parts research and technical support is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software is preferred.

Qualifications:
To thrive in our team, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
3+ years of mechanical experience.
High School Diploma or GED. Some college courses preferred.
Strong knowledge of major components, including hydraulics, power train, electrical systems, etc.
Class A CDL or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
General computer skills are highly desired.
Physical Demands:
Ability to view computer monitors and perform alpha/numeric keyboarding.
Capability to lift up to 25-50 pounds.
Comfortable with standing, climbing, stooping, squatting, walking, and reaching for extended periods.

Currently, we are seeking a full-time Parts Representative to service our parts counter. This candidate must be proficient with computer and Excel programs. Familiar with reading parts books and placing orders. Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment is preferred with a helpful and friendly attitude to help assist customers in getting the parts they need.
Job Responsibilities & Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Assist customers in need of parts in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
Check inventory and availability of parts
Utilize parts manuals and online resources to find solutions for customers
Create quotes and process parts orders
Create invoices and manage customer relations
Assist with online parts inquiries and orders
Requirements:
